Shipping policy

Most products will be received within 7 days. For custom order products, please speak with a representative for more information.

We will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services (UPS, FedEx, and USPS).

The customer will be responsible for the reshipment of any order that is returned back to us for reasons such as insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.
